The children were given a checklist with the multiple steps listed to complete their Super Sentence Movie. Working in small groups the children generated their super sentences using their favorite verb from the list they created while playing the game Angry Birds. Following the color coding of the word categories from the GO chart, they made single color cards for each word or phrase they used as their puppets. They then made their backgrounds and planned their movies. Using Puppet Pals they created these movies! Enjoy. | We had a 'publishing' activity where the children shared their work to the class on our new TV and each child wrote specific compliments about another's work , passed these out and then we took time to read the comments. The smiles and words were heart felt. |
