Distractions basically come in two categories. The easiest to spot are the ones outside the brain- things we hears, see, can touch etc. Inside the brain distractors are not as concrete and involve thinking, wondering , worrying etc. For this lesson, we brought out Ned and sorted distractors by those that are inside or outside distractors by saying " I was distracted by _______. " deciding if their card was a ITBD or OTBD. They squealed 'YUCK' when we had to put a thought or a wondering in Ned's head through his nostrils or ears. |
